A Reiki treatment is conducted while being fully clothed and consists of very gentle and light touch with the practitioner's hands.  Reiki flows through the practitioner's hands into the person receiving the treatment.  This flow may be felt as heat, cold, vibration, tingling, heaviness, or sometimes as no sensation at all.  A full Reiki treatment takes about 60 to 90 minutes.  There is no manipulation of skin, muscles, or tissues.
