Reiki Essentials Workshop

This workshop is designed for everyone, from the beginner to those who would like a deeper understanding of the Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho system.  Students will learn a simple and easy to remember form of Reiki practice and can begin utilizing the benefits of Reiki right away.  This workshop is also for those who would like to experience Reiki before deciding to take the full First Degree course (Shoden).

First Degree (Shoden)

This is the beginning level for Reiki practice.  Classes are 12 hours in length and are conducted over 2-4 days.  In this class, you will learn how to use Reiki for improving your health and enhancing your spiritual connection.  You will learn how to treat yourself and treat others.  Reiki assists in restoring balance and harmony to the body, and improves the body, mind, and spirit.

The traditional First Degree teachings are in depth and you will receive:

​

• A permanent connection established with the Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki) by a series of four energy initiations.

• Reiki self-treatments.

• How to perform Reiki treatments on others.

• The five Reiki precepts to effectively improve our life.

• The history of the Reiki system.

Second Degree (Okuden)

This is the intermediate level and considered to be the level for professional Reiki practice.  Classes are 12 hours in length and taught over 2-3 days.

​

In the Second Degree (Okuden) course you will receive:

• A stronger connection established with the Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki) by the special Second Degree energy activation (initiation).

• The three Second Degree Reiki symbols with the knowledge of their functions and usages.

• A technique for strengthening the Reiki flow during treatments.

• A very effective method for treating mental and emotional problems (anxiety, bad habits, etc.).

• How to perform Reiki treatments on others remotely (absentee/distant treatments).

• A review of the main points from the First Degree class.
